Teach to Lead Summit--Washington

The Teach to Lead Summit is a movement to help elevate teacher voice putting great ideas into sustainable plans of action. Our Quil Ceda Tulalip Elementary team's idea was selected out of 169 applications. We were assigned two critical friends who were able to listen and be attuned to our passion and motivation. They asked questions and then focused our actions into creating a Logic Model--our final product that helps us put our ideas into timely action. Here's the product that we get to bring back to our school. We placed our Logic Model in the staff room to gather input. Now it is time to work the plan:
